For the "Internet" and "MagentaTV" product categories, the aim was to optimize conversion. With a view to the various target groups and price segments, I analyzed and systematically optimized user journeys in this project. This included the entire digital funnel, from entry points via social ads to landing pages and product configurators, as well as ABC tests of features and teasers onTelekom.de.
